Commercial Assistant

JOB PURPOSE:

The Commercial Assistant is responsible for ensuring the safety and integrity of our commercial spaces. This role upholds our brand's high standards by guaranteeing physical safety, operational excellence, and brand compliance of all commercial entities within the stations, creating a safe and professional environment for both tenants and passengers.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

Operational Management and Compliance:

• Conduct routine inspections of all commercial entities; kiosks, shops, and advertising spaces to ensure they meet our high standards for safety, operational integrity, and brand guidelines.
• Manage the end-to-end process for all work permits within commercial areas, ensuring that all activities are approved and documented correctly.
• Identify and report any violations or maintenance needs. Act as the first line of defense in solving problems and ensuring a seamless experience for our tenants.

Stakeholder Collaborate and Communicate:

• Lead effective communication and collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders, including the maintenance, security, and HSE teams, as well as (MOT) representatives and all commercial tenants.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships to ensure seamless coordination, efficient issue resolution, and mutual alignment on all operational and compliance standards.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

KNOWLEDGE:

• Solid understanding of safety and compliance principles, with a methodical approach to inspections and audits.
• Practical knowledge in coordinating tasks and communicating with various departments and external partners.

EXPERIENCE:

• 0-3 years of experience in compliance, facilities inspection, retail operations, or health and safety role.
