Commercial Charter Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Commercial Charter Sales Executive to join our growing aviation team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and closing charter flight opportunities for group travel — including sports teams, corporate events, tour operators, governments, and emergency relief operations. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering customized air travel solutions and managing the entire sales process from inquiry to post-flight follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
  • Manage inbound charter flight inquiries, prepare tailored quotations, and deliver competitive proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, governments, corporations, and tour operators.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients and operators to secure profitable deals.
  • Coordinate with flight operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate and seamless flight delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, aircraft availability, and competitor activity to optimize service offerings.
  • Analyze sales data and performance to improve sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the commercial charter division.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers throughout the booking process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise before, during and after flight experience.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required and build connections.

Requirements:

  • With esteemed experience in air charter sales, aviation, group travel sales, or a related B2B sales environment.
  • Knowledge of aircraft types, aviation regulations, and group travel logistics.
  • Proven sales track record, especially in high-value or time-sensitive transactions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support client needs.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
