Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, lobbies, hallways, and other designated areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Maintain high standards of hygiene by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces regularly
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure continuous availability
• Handle waste disposal efficiently by emptying trash bins and recycling containers in accordance with company policies
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe and functional environment
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to meet quality standards consistently
• Use environmentally friendly cleaning products whenever possible to promote sustainability

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift
• Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and report issues accurately
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures is advantageous
• Reliable attendance record with a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer service
