Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and processing commercial documents such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, and finance) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update commercial records, databases, and files.
  • Track shipments, deliveries, and payments to ensure alignment with timelines and contractual terms.
  • Assist with pricing and cost analysis to support decision-making and negotiations.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on sales performance, order status, inventory levels, and other commercial metrics.
  • Handle inquiries from customers or suppliers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the commercial department as needed.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a commercial, administrative, or sales support role.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
