Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead our commercial strategy, oversee sales and business development, and drive sustainable growth. This role requires a results-oriented leader with strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting client and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead sales, marketing, and business development teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
• Negotiate contracts and manage key customer and supplier relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee pricing, product positioning, and promotional strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in commercial management, trading, or distribution, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
