A global B2B SaaS provider operating at the intersection of eCommerce, retail, and logistics is looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Director to lead enterprise growth in Saudi Arabia. This is a senior, quota-carrying leadership role with full ownership of new logo acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships across the Kingdom.
Responsibilities :

Own year-on-year revenue growth in KSA through new logo acquisition and enterprise pipeline ownership, engaging directly with C-suite stakeholders

Build and maintain deep relationships with Saudi enterprises, family offices, government bodies, and key industry stakeholders

Lead, develop, and performance-manage the local sales team across pitching, proposals, KPIs, and pipeline execution

Partner cross-functionally with Delivery, Account Management, and Project teams to ensure timely deal execution and revenue realisation

Act as a market-facing leader by staying close to the eCommerce and logistics ecosystem, building credibility through partnerships, case studies, and thought leadership
Experience :

12+ years total experience, with 8+ years in senior sales leadership roles

Strong background selling B2B SaaS within eCommerce, retail, and/or logistics

Proven success selling complex enterprise solutions in Saudi Arabia

Experience working with large Saudi enterprises and/or family offices

Fluent Arabic
