Commercial Director (Loyalty Programs / Tech / Software)

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and growth-driven Commercial Director with strong experience in loyalty programs, software, or technology industries. The role will lead commercial strategy, partnerships, and revenue growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead business development, partnerships, and client acquisition
  • Design and scale loyalty programs and customer engagement solutions
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies
  • Manage key accounts and strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to align offerings with market needs
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights
  • Lead pricing strategies and commercial negotiations
  • Build and lead high-performing commercial teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial roles
  • Strong background in loyalty programs, SaaS, or tech industries
  • Proven track record in revenue growth and partnerships
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills

Preferred

  • Experience in scaling tech platforms or digital

Pay: E£100,000.00 - E£150,000.00 per month
