We are seeking a Commercial Director to lead the commercial strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion of a fast‑growing group in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a leader who understands the dynamics of outsourcing, staffing, Marketing, and Merchandising — and can convert opportunities into long‑term partnerships.


Role Purpose:

To drive commercial performance , expand market share, build strategic partnerships, and lead the full commercial cycle — from business development and pricing strategy to client retention and contract profitability.


Key Responsibilities:

1) Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute the commercial strategy aligned with company goals.

Identify new revenue streams across government, semi‑government, corporate, industrial, and hospitality sectors .

Lead pricing models, tender submissions, and contract negotiations.

Build a scalable portfolio of manpower outsourcing contracts.


2) Business Development & Market Expansion

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across KSA.

Lead high‑value proposals, RFP responses, and commercial presentations.

Expand the agency’s footprint in blue-collar and white-collar manpower solutions .

Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory changes.


3) Client Management & Retention

Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term contract renewals.

Oversee SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery alignment with operations.

Resolve escalations and maintain strong communication with key accounts.


4) Financial & Contract Management

Own P&L for the commercial department.

Ensure profitability of manpower contracts and cost structures.

Collaborate with finance on forecasting, budgeting, and revenue planning.


5) Leadership & Team Development

Lead and mentor the commercial, sales, and key account teams.

Build a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and accountability.

Work closely with operations, HR, and recruitment teams to ensure delivery capability.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree.

• 10–15 years ’ experience.

Proven track record in commercial leadership , revenue growth, and contract acquisition.

Strong business understanding

Experience managing large contracts

Fluency in Arabic & English .

Strong network within FMCG, semi-government, Mobile, Home Appliances Industries .
