AEPS Electric is a 23-year-old, licensed New Jersey electrical contractor specializing in commercial and industrial solar. We’re looking for a working Site Supervisor to lead our second crew—someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, knows how to lead people, and wants to grow with a tight, experienced team.
This is a hands-on leadership role, not a clipboard-only position. You’ll be working in the field while supervising a small crew on large, interesting projects.

Ensure all work complies with NEC and OSHA standards

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings

Train and mentor crew members to meet AEPS Electric’s standards

Coordinate with the Project Manager to keep projects safe, efficient, and on schedule

Set the tone on-site through professionalism, safety, and quality workmanship

Commercial / Industrial electrical experience required

NJ Licensed Journeyman preferred

Strong working knowledge of NEC

OSHA certification preferred (company will help obtain if needed)

Proven leadership and communication skills

Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops

Proficient with electrical hand and power tools

Valid driver’s license and clean background required

A leader who isn’t afraid to work alongside their crew

Crews help choose start times based on daylight and season
- Summer: as early as 6:30 AM
- Winter: as late as 8:00 AM
- Typically 8-hour workdays, though hours may vary by project

Overtime, nights, and weekends as needed

$35/hour, negotiable based on experience
