Role Summary
The Commercial Executive is responsible for overseeing end-to-end commercial operations, ensuring seamless customer onboarding, accurate billing, proactive revenue assurance, and robust contract governance. This role acts as a commercial business partner to sales, finance, and operations, driving process excellence and contributing directly to business profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities / KRAs
- Lead payment follow-ups with key customers; monitor receivables and aging reports; support escalation and resolution with stakeholders to ensure timely collection.
- Manage customer code creation and data validation in SAP; ensure compliance with internal controls and audit guidelines.
- Oversee documentation control, ensuring timely and accurate document collection from customers for billing, POs, GRNs, and contracts.
- Review and approve invoicing activities; ensure compliance with contract terms, pricing, and tax requirements.
- Coordinate and guide PO creation and GRN issuance to ensure uninterrupted execution and revenue recognition.
- Act as the point of contact for cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service.
- Own contract lifecycle management, including renewals, expiration alerts, negotiation support, and variation updates.
- Prepare, validate, and publish MIS and dashboards including billing progress, collection status, contract trackers, and performance indicators.
- Support sales in commercial structuring, contract drafting, and proposal preparations.
- Drive improvement in customer complaint resolution by collaborating with internal teams and tracking closure actions.
- Continuously review and optimize commercial processes for better turnaround times and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and advanced proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
Experience
1-3 years of relevant experience in commercial operations.
Experience in stakeholder management and working with senior leadership team.
Bachelor candidates preferred/ Non-Family status

Pay: RO200.000 - RO220.000 per month
