Job Purpose
We are looking for Commercial Executive to join our Commercial department to support and facilitate the tender and order execution operations for the Middle East region.
Job Description
  • Conduct ITT review and execute tender in line with strategy.
  • Focal point for preparation and submission of quotations, and order execution.
  • Review tender requirements and coordinate with relevant functions (ie. Sales & Aftermarket, Engineering, Planning, QA, HSES) to gather inputs for tender preparation and submission and address clarifications/negotiations if any.
  • Conduct kickoff and any relevant meetings with internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare Order Execution Plan.
  • Prepare Bills of Material (BOM) that meets tender scope of work in a timely manner.
  • Prepare costing – able to estimate costs in a timely manner
  • Communicate clear requirements and get RFQs from qualified vendors / internal stakeholders.
  • Identify risks including but not limited to commercial, legal, financial, costs, incoterms etc.
  • Facilitate pricing approval with presentation of relevant information
  • Coordinate, prepare and submit tender package within schedule.
  • Review contract and conduct contract review with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enter demand to SAP system
  • Work with internal stakeholder to resolve any issue related to order
  • Prepare documentation related to payment and shipment if required
  • Ensure record keeping system is well maintained
  • Any other administrative support and report
  • Adhere to HSE requirements
You are meant for this job if:
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
  • 5 – 7 years' experience in the oil and gas or related industries in tendering and order execution process
  • Experience in preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of material and order execution
  • Knowledge of general Commercial, Financial, Legal and Logistic terms
  • Competent in data analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications (ie Words, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
  • Experience in SAP or any ERP system
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Good team player but also able to work independently
  • Strong sense of integrity and responsibility with a positive attitude
  • Meticulous and very detailed-oriented
  • Able to multitask and cope in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge in Wellhead, Christmas tree, Well Drilling, API 6A will be an advantage
