Ecolab is seeking a talented professional for the role of Commercial Finance Analyst. In this role, you will evaluate commercial deals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategies. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can provide valuable insights and support key business decisions. The job responsibilities for this position would include:

What You Will Do:

  • Evaluate commercial deals and offers to ensure alignment with financial objectives and compliance standards. Provide recommendations to maximize profitability and mitigate risks.
  • Conduct detailed financial modelling, scenario planning, and variance analysis. Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning cycles with accurate and timely insights.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies, monitor price realization, and support price increase initiatives. Act as a pricing and mix “champion” to drive margin improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support contract negotiations, customer profitability analysis, and strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare monthly reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership. Translate complex data into actionable insights using Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across rebate management, contract pricing, and financial controls. Maintain SOPs and ensure internal control compliance.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree: Big 4 experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in Business Partnering.
  • Strong command in Excel and proficiency in financial analysis.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Effective cross-functional communication with the ability to influence.

  • Commercially savvy with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to challenge the status quo and foster an improvement mindset.
