Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join the team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems while utilizing your skills in refrigeration, electrical schematics, electronic control systems, pneumatics, pipefitting, welding/brazing, and mechanical layouts.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure customer satisfaction in a commercial setting.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and start up commercial HVAC systems using tools, blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping layouts, and engineering specifications.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, site assessments, equipment replacements, and modifications based on customer needs.
• Prepare for on-site work by reviewing building layouts, identifying potential challenges, gathering materials, and coordinating tasks.
• Maintain service vehicles, including scheduling repairs, keeping service records, and ensuring readiness.
• Uphold safety standards, maintain accountability for tools and equipment, and document asset usage and condition.
• Complete detailed reports and maintain organized job records.
• Provide expert technical support to customers.

Qualifications:

• EPA Universal Certification
• Able to pass a standard Drug Screen and Background check
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
