About the Role
As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will be the face of CMC to our clients. Your work in diagnosing, troubleshooting, maintaining, installing, and repairing commercial HVAC systems will directly impact the satisfaction of our clients and the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and installations on commercial HVAC systems (AHUs, VAVs, Chillers, Boilers, etc.)

• Complete service tickets and documentation accurately and on time, using iOS devices.

• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment for safety and efficiency

• Collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality service

• Provide technical support and training to internal personnel as needed

• Respond to client inquiries and service calls professionally, including after-hours/on-call work

• Follow company policies, safety standards, and core values in every aspect of your work

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive client interactions at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in quality work

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in the field and as part of a team

• HVAC experience (minimum of 4 years preferred; minimum of 2 years troubleshooting experience preferred)

• Knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and systems

• High school diploma or equivalent (college diploma not required)

• Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and support team members

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 20 lbs, climb ladders, work in tight spaces, squat/kneel for prolonged periods, and work in heat/humidity

• Ability to navigate all areas of client facilities safely
