Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Norcross, GA. This role is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing commercial HVAC systems while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, etc.)
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service issues and recommendations
• Complete service reports accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Work closely with dispatch and management to prioritize service calls

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with rooftop units, chillers, and package systems preferred
• EPA Certification required (Universal preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial service environments
• NATE Certification (a plus)
• Experience with building automation systems (BAS) is a plus
