Job Title: Commercial Kitchen & Laundry Designer (Revit / BIM)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Commercial Kitchen & Laundry Designer with strong Revit and BIM capabilities to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be confident in both the technical and presentation aspects of design, from developing layouts and equipment schedules to preparing professional reports and participating in client presentations.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop detailed kitchen and laundry layouts in Autodesk Revit, ensuring technical accuracy and coordination with other disciplines.

· Prepare and manage design documentation, including equipment schedules, reports, and presentations using MS Word and MS PowerPoint.

· Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other consultants in a BIM environment.

· Support project managers and senior designers in client progress presentations and meetings.

· Ensure all designs comply with operational, safety, and hygiene standards.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of design quality.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial kitchen and/or laundry design.

· Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit (mandatory) and BIM workflows.

· Skilled in MS Word and MS PowerPoint for report and presentation preparation.

· Understanding of foodservice design principles, equipment, and workflow optimization.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred

· Experience in hospitality or large-scale F&B design projects.

· Familiarity with international hotel operator standards (Hilton, Marriott, Accor, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
