  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, fryers, and ventilation systems
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems in kitchen equipment
  • Replace faulty parts and components in a timely manner to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to schedule maintenance and repairs with minimal disruption to operations
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards during all service tasks
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance, repairs, and inspections performed
  • Provide technical support and training to kitchen staff on proper equipment use and care
  • Source and manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability for repairs
  • Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service requests
  • Follow manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices for installation and repairs
  • Assist in upgrading or installing new kitchen equipment as needed
