Job Description

As a Commercial Leasing Consultant, you will play a key role in the commercial real estate sector by connecting property owners with potential tenants, facilitating transactions, and ensuring both parties are satisfied with the leasing process. You will work closely with property developers, landlords, and businesses looking for commercial spaces, helping to negotiate lease terms and conditions that meet the needs of all involved. Your expertise in market knowledge, relationship building, and negotiation will be crucial in the successful execution of leasing agreements. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will also be expected to keep up with industry trends and ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential commercial tenants through market research and networking activities.
• Attend meetings with prospective tenants to show and explain property features.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions between property owners and tenants efficiently.
• Prepare and manage all required documentation for lease agreements accurately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.

• Coordinate with property management teams for property maintenance and tenant requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in commercial leasing or related real estate sector is essential.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and real estate leasing software tools.
