Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and customer service, with a keen understanding of leasing processes and regulations. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing tenant relationships, facilitating property leasing, and ensuring compliance . Your ability to negotiate contracts and manage conflicts will be essential in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Your Role – What You’ll Be Doing

As a Commercial Leasing Consultant, your role will include:

  • Building relationships with commercial landlords and developers.
  • Advising tenants on available leasing opportunities and aligning space with business needs.
  • Conducting site visits, property inspections, and preparing leasing presentations.
  • Managing inquiries, arranging viewings, and following up with potential clients.
  • Negotiating lease terms with a strong focus on value, ethics, and mutual benefit.
  • Staying updated on Dubai’s commercial property laws, zoning, and market trends.
  • Working closely with legal advisors, surveyors, and internal teams for seamless transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of properties, clients, and deal progress in the CRM system.
  • Proactively generating new leads through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.

About You – What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales or leasing (commercial background preferred).
  • Professional, well-presented, and confident in client-facing environments.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
  • Positive attitude, ethical mindset, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage your own pipeline.
  • UAE driving license
  • High standards of professionalism, punctuality, and business etiquette.
