Property Sales Consultant

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Units & Building Management
  • Procurement of Buildings and Units for Lease
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property owners to secure leasing opportunities.
  • Stay informed on market trends, regulations, and best practices in property management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers to facilitate smooth and successful transactions.
  • Collaborate with Business Heads and Managers to execute additional tasks as required.

Experience:

  • Open to fresh graduates eager to learn and be trained.
  • Prior UAE experience is an advantage.
  • Background in sales or property management is preferred.

Age: 25–40 years.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Professional and presentable demeanour.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities with a focus on task prioritization.
