Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Attorney with solid experience in commercial litigation and arbitration to join our Mumbai office. The role involves independently handling arbitration matters, commercial suits, and IPR-related litigation, while working closely with the Associate Partner. The Associate Partner leads a focused litigation team consisting of:

● 1 Senior Attorney

● 2 Commercial Attorneys handling drafting, appearances, and legal research

Key Responsibilities

● Draft suits, claims, responses, and petitions across various commercial matters.

● Appear before Commercial Courts, High Courts, and Arbitral Tribunals.

● Handle arbitration proceedings and IPR enforcement litigation.

● Brief Senior Counsel and coordinate on case strategy.

● Maintain case timelines and ensure smooth coordination on assigned matters.

Requirements:

● Strong knowledge of the Commercial Courts Act, Arbitration Act, IBC, CPC, Contract Act, and IPR Laws

● Excellent drafting and advocacy skills

● Ability to handle litigation matters independently

● LLB with 4–5 years of post-qualification litigation experience

● Willingness to work full-time from our Nariman Point office
