Position: Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Attorney (4+ Years)

We are seeking an experienced, New York-barred Commercial Litigation Attorney with at least four years of litigation experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to practice high-level, impactful litigation while contributing to a mission-driven legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a diverse caseload through all stages of litigation.
• Collaborate with partners to provide comprehensive case support.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal opinions.
• Conduct thorough and detail-oriented legal research.
• Handle all aspects of court proceedings, including trials and depositions.
• Formulate litigation strategies tailored to each case.
• Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and offer legal guidance.
• Mentor and guide junior associates, paralegals, and support staff.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in New York.
• Minimum of 4 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and writing capabilities.
• Significant experience with motion practice and depositions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-relations skills.
