About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer with expertise in commercial disputes, debt recovery, and construction litigation. You'll manage your own files, enjoy meaningful client contact, and work directly with a supportive principal who encourages collaboration and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on a broad range of commercial litigation, construction disputes, and debt recovery matters
• Draft Statements of Claim, Applications, Affidavits, and briefs to Counsel
• Liaise with Counsel and attend directions hearings, pre-hearing conferences, and mediations (primarily in Brisbane or nearby)
• Handle court appearances and manage local court dates

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent drafting ability across litigation documents
• Confident communicator with experience briefing and liaising with Counsel
• Ability to manage files independently and attend local court events as needed
