Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager with strong expertise in legal affairs and contract management to join our HVAC/MEP contracting team. The role requires a Chartered Accountant qualification and involves leading financial operations, managing legal and contractual obligations, and building long-term client relationships to drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee contracts, warranties, and service agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Manage commercial negotiations, resolve contractual disputes, and safeguard company interests.
• Supervise financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and timely FTA filings.
• Handle receivables, payables, banking relationships, and credit facilities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• 7–10 years’ experience in finance and commercial operations, with proven expertise in legal and contractual management.
• Background in HVAC, construction, or engineering preferred.
• Valid driving license.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
