Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Manager to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales strategies and leading our sales force to achieve outstanding results in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the annual country sales plan in alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure effective execution of promotional activities and product launches.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to drive overall success.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and expansion areas to support long-term growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical Science or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years' experience in Sales management in Saudi Market
  • 4+ years' Manager of Managers with National Sales responsibility for the kingdom
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and Saudi market dynamics.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
