Position: Commercial Manager
We are looking for someone could be in charge of
direct multibrand commercial development
and point of sale execution on their zone

Sales and DN target in their region

Development and coaching of First Level Sales Manager
Responsibilities

Commercial strategy:
-
Defines, executes and pilots commercial strategy in their region, according to national strategy, to achieve sales (sell-in and sell-out) and DN targets
-
Monitoring Sell in and sell out to insure healthy MOC across accounts
-
Declines the regional strategy to a multibrand field strategy
-
Management/ coaching:
-
Motivates and develops Key Account Manager of their zone, accompanying and coaching them, maintaining a culture of excellence up to the point of sales, developing the expertise and know-how of their ream and implementing organizational changes

Relays brand contents to Key Account Manager

Recruits Key Account Manager

Pilots commercial activities’ performance

Manages and arbitrates regional budgets

Customer relationship:
-
Develops and implements Join Business Plans
Knowledge And Experience
-
8-10 years experience in sales in FMCG/Luxury markets
-
4 years of managerial experience
-
Academic: BS or Masters level
-
Develops trusting relationships with key customers in the region
-
Performs monthly monitoring of the sales for the major regional account
Skills And Abilities

Strong commercial and communication skills

Ability to operationalize commercial strategy into field action

Excellent customer relationship and omnichannel knowledge

Ability to analyze performance of their region and define action plans
