Commercial Manager

Job Summary:-

Mobco Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of major construction projects across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with a Civil Engineering background , and strong expertise in contracts management, cost control, procurement, and claims management.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead all commercial activities for assigned projects across KSA
• Manage contract administration, including review, negotiation, and execution
• Oversee project cost control, budgeting, and forecasting
• Monitor project financial performance and profitability
• Prepare and manage variations, claims, and dispute resolution processes
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage subcontract agreements
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company policies
• Provide commercial risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Support procurement and tendering activities
• Prepare commercial reports for senior management
• Lead the commercial team and provide guidance and mentorship

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction/commercial management
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and commercial practices
• Experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Must be currently based in KSA or available to relocate immediately
• Must be open to working in any location across Saudi Arabia

Preferred Qualifications:-

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Commercial Management, or MBA (Preferred)
• Professional certifications such as MRICS, PMP, or equivalent (Preferred)
