Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in the HVAC/MEP contracting industry. The role requires overseeing financial operations, managing contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure sustainable and profitable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable efficiently.
• Prepare annual financial reports and ensure timely filing of FTA returns.
• Handle banking relationships, credit facilities, and funding requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, service agreements, and warranties.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth.
• Oversee all legal affairs and ensure proper management of legal documentation.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• 7–10 years of commercial/finance experience, preferably within engineering, HVAC, or construction.
• Valid driving license is mandatory.
• 7 years minimum work experience is required.
• Must be below 40 years of age.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
