Commercial Market Sales Director – ICT & Enterprise Solutions

Karachi, Pakistan

Huawei is seeking an experienced Commercial Market Sales Director to lead regional sales strategy, customer expansion, and partner success across Lahore and Karachi. This role requires a strong track record in ICT solutions sales , large-scale project management , and multi-channel leadership .


As a senior leader, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with CXOs , tracking high-value opportunities , managing partner pipelines , and leading cross-functional teams to achieve aggressive KPIs .


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify top industry customers and develop strategies to expand Huawei’s market share.
  • Lead regional large-scale project tracking , from opportunity identification to successful closure.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and CXO relationships to drive long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews with shortlisted partners to ensure sales closure and revenue growth.
  • Oversee and guide sales managers, product managers, and channel managers to achieve regional KPIs.
  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with Huawei’s business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with business models, procurement policies, and bidding processes including RFQs, PPPs, and public tenders.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the ICT/telecom industry , preferably in large enterprise sales.
  • 5+ years in a team leadership role , managing cross-functional sales teams.
  • In-depth understanding of ICT solutions, IP/IT infrastructure, and enterprise technologies .
  • Experience with various procurement and bidding models (RFQs, RFPs, PPPs, public tenders).
  • Proven ability to develop new customers and secure high-value projects .
  • Excellent planning, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills .
