About the Role

Join our team! a leader in custom architectural millwork, is looking for an experienced Millwork Estimator to deliver accurate, profitable estimates for high-end projects in hospitality, theme parks, clubhouses, and high-rise common areas.

What You’ll Do

✔ Analyze architectural drawings and blueprints for scope and take-offs

✔ Prepare detailed time, cost, material, and labor estimates

✔ Collaborate with vendors, architects, and clients

✔ Present clear, well-structured estimates

✔ Integrate specialty materials (glass, metal, stone) into designs

What We’re Looking For

✅ 5+ years of millwork estimating experience

✅ Proficiency with Bluebeam

✅ Strong knowledge of interior millwork and construction

✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $71,732.48 - $90,344.50 per year
