Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in commercial settings, including piping, fixtures, and appliances
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations and repairs
• Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment safely and effectively
• Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks required for construction site work while adhering to safety protocols
• Collaborate with project managers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and carpenters to ensure seamless project execution
• Perform remodeling and assembly tasks as needed for plumbing fixtures and related mechanical components
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed in compliance with safety standards

Qualifications

• Journeyman Plumbing License in Michigan (recommended but not required)
• 2+ years of experience in commercial plumbing
• Proven experience in construction plumbing within commercial environments with a strong understanding of construction site procedures
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and perform basic math calculations accurately
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Strong physical stamina capable of heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces
