Job Description:
Ready to take charge and drive success? We’re hunting for a highly organized Commercial Project Manager to fuel our momentum at our North Phoenix headquarters! You’ll lead high-impact commercial projects, mastering the art of task coordination, gantt & calendar keeping with resource management to ensure every job runs you touch is well-managed for the defined deliverable. If you’re energized by orchestrating semi-complex service workflows and new system installations in new or retrofit applications, in buildings, delivering results, this is your chance to excel!

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end project lifecycles, from scheduling and budgeting to coordinating technicians, suppliers, and clients with precision.
• Master calendar keeping to keep projects on track and deadlines met, addressing dependencies.
• Excel in resource management, optimizing materials, labor, and budgets for maximum efficiency.
• Building upon many strong existing and new client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business in the controls industry.
• Leverage CRM tools to streamline tickets, quotes, and close-out invoicing coordination with accounting, with zero errors.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, safety standards, and our high-quality processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record as an organized Project Manager in any field, or commercial controls or related services.
• Razor-sharp organizational skills with an eye for detail that misses very little.
• Experience with CRM and project management software, and other office tools familiarity.
• Stellar communication and leadership to rally cross-functional teams.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adapt schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or related field (preferred but not a dealbreaker).
• Local to North Phoenix or ready to commute to HQ.
