Commercial Property Manager

We're currently assisting a well-regarded commercial real estate agency in North Brisbane, who are seeking a talented Commercial Property Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious real estate professional looking to develop their career and work alongside industry experts.

About the Role:
As a Commercial Property Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties. You'll work closely with property owners and tenants, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service across all aspects of property management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a mixed portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties
2. Communicate directly with property owners and tenants
3. Conduct property inspections and site visits, coordinating maintenance and contractor works
4. Oversee lease document management, negotiate lease renewals, and ensure compliance with tenant and landlord obligations
5. Assist with financial management, including rent collection, arrears management, and outgoings budgets and reconciliations

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

1. Current Real Estate Registration
2. 2-3 years of experience in commercial property management or a related field
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
4. Experience with Cirrus 8 or Re-Leased software is a plus
5. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
