What you'll do

• Manage the full lifecycle of all corporate real estate leases, including renewals, negotiations, and terminations.
• Oversee supplier governance, ensuring third-party facilities management partners deliver value and meet performance standards.
• Lead the delivery of facilities management programs, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost savings across all sites.
• Project manage capital works, including office fit-outs and refurbishments, from planning through to completion.
• Act as the central point of contact for landlord facility managers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with business goals.

What you'll bring

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all levels.
• Advanced project management expertise, with a track record of delivering complex property projects.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to link property decisions to broader business objectives.
• Proven experience in supplier management, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation.
• Relevant industry qualifications and experience in direct corporate real estate management.
