COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets. Duties

• Manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including maintenance and tenant relations
• Coordinate property maintenance using a work order system
• Handle administrative tasks such as contracts, lease documentation, and dispute resolution with tenants or vendors
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety standards are met
• Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and electronic record management
• Foster positive relationships with tenants by providing excellent customer service and addressing concerns promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a focus on commercial assets
• Proficiency in property management software such as AppFolio
• Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and relationship management abilities
• Ability to handle conflict resolution effectively while maintaining positive tenant relationships
• Office experience with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks required for efficient operations
• Knowledge of facilities management practices including property maintenance coordination and vendor oversight
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
