Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and close commercial property deals across Dubai
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and business clients
• Actively generate new business through networking, prospecting, and marketing
• Negotiate contracts and manage deal processes from start to finish
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Dubai commercial property market
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize exposure and results

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial real estate sales in Dubai (or strong background in other high-value sales)
• Track record of closing deals and achieving targets
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and confident
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and commercial property market trends
