About the Role
Keller Williams Qatar, powered by Eagle Wharf Realty, is expanding its Commercial Division and is seeking experienced Commercial Leasing Agents to join our high-performance team in Doha.
This role is focused on commercial real estate leasing, including office, retail, warehouse, and mixed-use properties. We are looking for professionals with a proven track record in commercial transactions who can manage complex negotiations, advise corporate clients, and drive revenue growth.
As a Commercial Leasing Agent, you will act as a trusted advisor to landlords, investors, and corporate tenants, handling the full leasing lifecycle while leveraging Keller Williams’ global systems, technology, and training.
Key Responsibilities
Represent landlords, developers, and corporate tenants in commercial leasing transactions
Specialize in office, retail, warehouse, and mixed-use properties
Source and secure commercial leasing mandates
Conduct detailed client needs assessments and feasibility discussions
Arrange and lead commercial property inspections and site viewings
Negotiate lease terms, rental values, incentives, and commercial clauses
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and asset positioning
Maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and corporate clients
Actively market commercial listings through digital platforms, brokerage networks, and direct outreach
Build and manage a high-quality commercial property and client database
Prepare proposals, market reports, and leasing documentation
Ensure full compliance with company policies and Qatar real estate regulations
Consistently meet and exceed individual leasing targets
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in commercial real estate leasing (Required)
Strong knowledge of the Doha commercial property market
Demonstrated ability to close commercial leasing transactions
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Strong business development and relationship management capabilities
Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
Valid Qatar Driver’s License (Required)
Valid Qatar ID or ability to obtain one
Must be currently based in Doha

Experience
Commercial Real Estate Leasing: Minimum 2 years (Required)
