Commercial Real Estate Agent

A Commercial Real Estate Agent is responsible for representing landlords, property owners, tenants, and investors in the leasing, sales, and marketing of commercial properties — such as offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and mixed-use developments. The role involves client relationship management, deal negotiation, market research, and closing successful transactions in Qatar’s commercial real estate sector.

Key Responsibility:

  • Source, list, market, and secure commercial property mandates (leases/sales).
  • Conduct client needs assessments and property showings.
  • Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and asset positioning.
  • Lead negotiations with tenants, landlords, developers, and investors.
  • Prepare proposals, lease agreements, contracts, and relevant documentation.
  • Maintain a strong database of commercial properties and client contacts.
  • Ensure transactions comply with Qatar real estate laws and company policies.
  • Achieve or exceed sales and leasing targets.
  • Use CRM software and multiple listing platforms for client and property management

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 1–2+ years experience in commercial real estate or related B2B sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to close commercial leasing or sales transactions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of the Doha/Qatar commercial property market and trend-based pricing.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.

Requirement:

  • Valid Qatar driver’s license
  • Valid Qatar ID with NOC.
