Job Description: Industrial Real Estate Agent

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Industrial Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leasing or selling industrial properties such as warehouses, labor accommodations, industrial lands, and logistics facilities, along with strong client relationship skills and a results-driven mindset.

A valid driving license and personal car are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and lease/sell a portfolio of industrial properties including warehouses, storage facilities, labor camps, industrial lands, and logistics spaces across Doha and industrial areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, landlords, investors, and developers.
• Conduct site inspections and property viewings with clients.
• Negotiate lease and sale agreements efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain updated records of available and leased/sold listings.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Stay informed about industrial market trends, pricing, zoning regulations, and new developments in Qatar.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold brand reputation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial or commercial real estate.
• Proven track record of closed warehouse, land, or industrial leasing/sales deals.
• Valid Qatari driving license (Required).
• Personal vehicle (Preferred).
• Currently residing in Doha, Qatar.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.
• Good knowledge of Qatar’s industrial zones (Industrial Area, Birkat Al Awamer, Ras Bufontas, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).

Compensation:

Basic Salary + Attractive Commission
