Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced REAL ESTATE AGENT with strong knowledge of the Qatar market. The ideal candidate will lead a team of brokers, drive sales performance, and expand our client network within the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of brokers to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Qatar market
- Recruit, train, and mentor brokers with a focus on local market success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Qatar
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and support
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a broker within the Qatar market (required)
- Strong understanding of local market trends and client behavior
- Previous team leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and team-focused
