Your Mission

You will take full ownership of the rental cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a strong focus on performance and results:

• Generate and secure new commercial rental listings
• Understand client business needs and match them with suitable properties
• Conduct property viewings and present key value propositions
• Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants
• Manage all documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Handle multiple deals simultaneously and maintain a strong pipeline
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords and tenants

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for driven and results-oriented professionals:

• Proven experience in real estate leasing or sales (commercial experience is a plus)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently with professionalism and integrity
• Existing network in Qatar is an advantage
• Valid Qatar driving license and own car (mandatory)
• Experience using CRM systems is a plus
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
