Real Estate Sales Agent

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Real Estate Sales Agent (Arabic Speaker) to join real estate company in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for promoting properties, generating leads, and closing sales and leasing deals in residential and commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote, market, and sell/lease residential and commercial properties
  • Generate new leads through networking, calls, and online platforms
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings
  • Negotiate offers and close deals effectively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
  • Stay updated with Qatar real estate market trends
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Requirements

  • Arabic speaker (mandatory) + good English communication
  • 3–5 years experience in real estate sales or strong sales background
  • Knowledge of Qatar real estate market is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality
  • Valid Qatar ID (mandatory)
  • Driving license mandatory
