Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Friday Off)

About the Role:

Palma Real Estate is looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Qatar real estate market and be passionate about sales, client service, and achieving targets.

Requirements:

- Valid QID with NOC (Mandatory)

- Own car and valid driving license (Mandatory)

- Own laptop

- Minimum 6 months experience as a Real Estate Agent

- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online marketing

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties

- Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients

- Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and legal requirements

- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and lease agreements

- Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients

- Coordinate inspections, documentation, and transaction processes

- Guide clients through closing and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately

- Maintain regular communication with clients and build long-term relationships

- Stay updated with real estate market trends, regulations, and opportunities

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

- Real estate license is an advantage

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

- Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate platforms
