Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Sands Anderson PC is a reputable law firm with a strong focus on commercial real estate transactions and business law. We are expanding our Virginia Beach Office and seeking an experienced attorney to join our widely recognized and respected Commercial Real Estate Team in Virginia Beach.

As a Real Estate Attorney, you will

• Represent developers, lenders, landlords, and community associations
• Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, purchase, financing, and leasing
• Review, analyze, negotiate, and draft agreements, deeds, loan documents, leases, declarations, and covenants
• Manage others to ensure timely closings and meet milestones

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in Virginia
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law, leasing and related areas
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
