Commercial & Residential HVAC Service Lead

• Lead commercial & residential service calls
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Train and mentor junior technicians
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to code
• Deliver top-tier customer service
• Maintain accurate service documentation

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years HVAC service experience (commercial & residential)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Leadership mindset & team-oriented attitude
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Professional communication skills
