We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to join our team. What You’ll Do

As our Commercial Sales Manager, you’ll oversee all department activities — from hiring, training, and motivating the sales team to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with customers, manufacturer representatives, and internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process and continued success in the commercial vehicle market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and mentor the commercial sales team to meet and exceed goals.
  • Develop and forecast monthly sales goals, department budgets, and marketing programs.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and manufacturer reps.
  • Conduct ongoing product and sales training sessions.
  • Monitor compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting commercial sales.
  • Oversee outside sales calls and ensure proper CRM management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain harmony and drive dealership success.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in automotive or commercial vehicle sales.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and motivational skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with F&I processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
