Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Commercial Sales Manager to lead our channel and enterprise sales efforts in Egypt. This pivotal role is responsible for driving revenue growth for the ASUS commercial product portfolio (including Expert Book, Expert Center, and ASUS business solutions) through our distributor and channel partner network, while also directly engaging with key enterprise accounts to build a robust end-user pipeline. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with deep roots in the Egyptian IT market, specifically within the PC and client solutions sector.


Key Responsibilities:


Channel & Distributor Management:

  • Develop and execute a strategic channel sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market share goals for the ASUS commercial product portfolio.
  • Serve as the primary lead for managing, growing, and motivating key national distributors and channel partners.
  • Empower partners through product training, sales enablement programs, joint marketing initiatives, and technical support.
  • Manage channel conflicts, ensure partner compliance with agreements, and implement effective incentive programs to drive performance.


Enterprise Account & End-User Business Development:

  • Proactively identify, target, and directly engage with key end-user enterprise accounts in strategic verticals (e.g., Government, Education, ).
  • Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline by understanding client IT needs and positioning tailored ASUS commercial solutions.
  • Lead negotiations for large-scale tenders, RFPs, and contracts with enterprise clients.


Demand & Supply Planning:

  • Work closely with distributors to forecast demand accurately and plan product shipments to ensure optimal inventory levels in the channel.
  • Provide market intelligence to regional leadership to influence product planning and portfolio strategy for the Egyptian market.


Market Execution:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure effective implementation of ASUS marketing strategies and promotions within the channel.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales within the IT industry.
  • Proven track record in a channel management and sales role, with specific experience in the IT PC/client hardware business (e.g., laptops, desktops, workstations).
  • Demonstrable experience managing large distributors and a network of resellers in Egypt.
  • Direct experience engaging with enterprise customers and a proven ability to close large, complex deals.
  • Bachelor’s degree


Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Fluent in English and Arabic is mandatory (both written and verbal).
  • Deep understanding of the Egyptian IT channel landscape and enterprise procurement processes.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • A self-motivated, results-oriented leader with the ability to work independently and as part of a regional team.
