Commercial Sales Representative – HVAC/R

Phoenix, AZ / Las Vegas, NV | Base + Uncapped Commission | OTE $125K+

ColdTech Refrigeration is looking for a driven, competitive, high-energy individual to build a book of business selling Commercial HVAC/R Planned Maintenance & Service Agreements in the Phoenix & Las Vegas markets.

This is an opportunity for someone hungry — recent college grads, former college athletes, or commission-based sales professionals who want to bet on themselves and build a six-figure career.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect daily — phone, email, in-person visits
• Set meetings with facility managers, property managers, and business owners
• Climb on roofs, inspect equipment, and learn commercial HVAC/R systems
• Sell planned maintenance agreements that protect critical business operations
• Build and grow your own book of recurring service revenue
• Track activity and hit performance targets

This is a hunter role. You will be expected to create your own opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.)
• OR proven success in commission-based sales
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and climbing ladders/rooftops
• Must be based in either the Phoenix or Las Vegas area
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
