Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries, walk-ins, and follow up on generated leads
- Manage daily operations and responsibilities of the business center.
- Conduct professional office viewings and pitch IBC’s value-added services
- Convert prospects into long-term clients by closing leasing deals
- Manage the full sales cycle including client onboarding and agreement finalization
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track existing and new clients, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize conversions
Requirements:
- 1–2 years’ proven sales experience in business centers, serviced offices, or real estate
- Strong communication, persuasion, and deal-closing skills
- CRM experience and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Presentable, energetic, and highly goal-oriented
- Willingness to occasionally commute between branches (if required)
