Commercial/Contract Manager (Bid Stage)

Hiring: Commercial / Contract Manager | Industrial / Manufacturing Projects

We are currently looking for an experienced Commercial / Contract Manager to support a major industrial project (on bid stage). This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in contracts management, commercial strategy, and cost control within manufacturing or heavy industrial environments, particularly in metal production.

Please note: This opportunity is tied to a project under tender/bid stage. Shortlisted candidates will be considered for inclusion in the proposal and mobilization upon project award.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial and contractual aspects of the project lifecycle
• Review, draft, and administer contracts (EPC, subcontract, and supply agreements)
• Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Provide commercial guidance to project teams and senior stakeholders
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance
• Interface with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers on commercial matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Business, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial/contract management
• At least 5 years within industrial or manufacturing sectors
• Strong experience in contract administration, claims management, and cost control
• Solid understanding of EPC / LSTK contracts and procurement strategies
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
